TRW-900C-916M model need a chip antena? If need, the best place is top or bottom layer?

For TRW-900C-916M, we have two types: one is antenna on board, another is without antenna on board. Since module place which put on your main board will affect power performance & signal interference, so we need to know the place you put on your main board. Please take pictures also provide us module抯 photos so that we can recognize which type on your hand now.
