Question 1:
These failures did not happen immediately, typically the units would fail an hour after power up. Most failures (but not all) occurred on the DR2 line, it would randomly toggle even when no clock signals were present. This condition should not be possible as the data ready line should stay high until reset by a read process. Note: DR1 does work!
WENSHING Answer:
We suggest you to buy our KIT10 DEMO BOARD.Use this demo board to test modules before they are put onto mother board, so that you can make sure modules are ok also get clear where the question is.
Please send failure goods back to us for analysis, we also will ask for original IC to do analysis at the same time so that we can know if original IC has some problem.

Question 2:
I have only 1 port of an MCU left, so I must multiplex this pin. I am using this port to read and Analog Voltage (MCU pin is set for input A/D mode) from a voltage divider that can produce an analog voltage anywhere from 0 to 3.0V. I then switch this port to an Digital Output to control the clock line of the TRW-24G from 0 to 3 volts.
My question is: by using this port as an analog voltage will this analog voltage effect the TRW-24G in anyway. Because for some reason it is effecting my RF module on my bread board. If I disable the analog mode and keep the port only as a digital I/O, the RF module works perfectly.
Any ideas on why this would be happening? and does the TRW-24G module require dedicated I/O pins? I know the CS and CE would need a dedicated I/O pin, but what about the CLK1 pin? I would assume this wold do nothing until the TRW-24G module is ready to communicate by setting the CS or CE pin high.
WENSHING Answer:
DR1 DATA1 CLK1 & DR2 DATA2 CLK2 are the transmitted & receive at the same time for each 2 frequency.
If you don抰 need use 2 frequency at the same time, you just need to use any 1 of each is ok.
CS & CE & DR need to use independence, but for CLK DTAT, it can use common with other I/O.

Question 3:
What is the antenna gain on the TRW-24G?
WENSHING Answer:
1 dBm

Question 4:
For TRW-24G, we have taken the cover off a unit to inspect and see no faulty solder connections. It appears the IC is faulty, not the associated resistors and capacitors.
WENSHING Answer:
Have you ever revise software? Different speed might cause module burned.

Question 5:
Please tell me what the load (input impedance) of the CLK1 line is? Also the input impedance on the other pins?
WENSHING Answer:
It seems no need to consider the load of input impendence for every pints, just connect with common MCU is ok .

1. Have you ever revise software? Different speed might cause module burned.
2. For failure goods, we have two methods to deal with this matter as below: We suggest you to buy our KIT10 DEMO BOARD.Use this demo board to test modules before they are put onto mother board, so that you can make sure modules are ok also get clear where the question is.

Question 9:
We have an urgent question regarding your RF module TRW-24G. We're using this unit for our wireless controller which we're currently trying to get FCC certified. The lab has the following question:"The RF module has failed the 6dB Bandwidth test; find enclosed a hardcopy of the analyzer screen. The measured value is 470KHz and the minimum limit is 500kHz. I tried all four channels and also the second base station the result was the same for all the 6dB Bandwidth is always between 450 and 470KHz. Can you check with the manufacturer what we can do?"
Please let us know right away how we can remedy this situation.
WENSHING Answer:
First of all, I would like to let you know we are manufacture and we also sell module at the same time. If you have further need, you can contact with us directly. Usually, high consumption rule ask for hopping technique and you can check with your Lab. So your questions is related to the your Software writing, such as higher speed and your band will be more wide. So what you can do is using hopping to solve this problem and your product will meet the rule.
Besides, we have some newest modules include MCU to help customer to settle down communication, such as TRW-901HI or TRW-V4B. You might consider our newest modules if you have similar demand in the future.
Hope my reply can meet your need and help you to settled down the certificated.

Question 12:
We have try to transmit several data with TRW24 as a remote control. But our problem, the data transmission was not real time. We have try boost the signal with Wi Fi Antenna but didn`t get a good respon. The center cable from antenna we have connected to TRW24 built in antenna and the shield we have connected to the body of TRW24. Do we need Wifi Booster?
Thank you and looking forward for your respons

Question 15:
Hello,
Does it usually when the transceiver is turned on his vcc decrease?
For example when I apply 2.8V at vcc pin and apply 2.8v at CE pin, the transceiver vcc pin goes to 1.7v.
What does it mean?
Thanks,
Tiago

Question 18:
Which the difference between TRW-24G and TRW-24N?
WENSHING Answer:
Dear Mr. Rogio,
Thank you for your enquiry.
The PCB board for TRW-24N(12.44*29.21*6mm) is smaller than TRW-24G. Otherwise, its straight distance is about 30~50m, shorter than TRW-24G.
