Question 1:

We are planning to do a device which dectect the moving speed. It will be a device really sports. Our device is used to detect the speed of football, baseball etc. May I know that is TRW-10GHz suitable for us or not?

For sports speed detecting, Radar is not a good solution. You might consider Laser or image detecting is better for your project.
