Question 1:
We have a serious problem with the TWS-HS-1. When we connect the power supply (Vcc = 5V) and we transmit some bits the TWS-HS-1 is burnt or they have a current supply when pins data and enable are 0V. This current is between 2mA to 20mA but it must be 0mA.We noticed that in both cases the problem is in the transistor BFG198 and in a coil which is connected in this transistor collector. We noticed too that the last shipment was manufactured with different coils than the first shipment.
There is another problem which is the start-up time, this is too long. It is between 100µs to 250µs. It was 4µs to 10µs in the first shipment. We think that there is a relationship between this problem and the first one. We think too that the problem is caused by the new coils.
WENSHING Answer:
1. About your question on transistor burned, would you please send back defective modules back to us for our analysis? 2. About transistor burned, E/D pin gave power when you send data but you don抰 close power when you finish data sending. It also cause PA constant hot even burned under working. Please provide circuit diagram so that we can make more sure for this problem. We suggest you to use E/D also done control as below picture when you send data.

Question 2:
Our transmitter transmits pulses with ton = 350µs and toff = 700µs in same cases or ton = 700µs and toff = 350µs in other cases. But the RWS-374-6 receives ton = 175µs and toff = 875µs in the first case or ton = 525µs and toff = 525µs in the second case. That means the RWS-374-6 has a frequency response problem so we can not use it.
WENSHING Answer:
Usually, customer who used ASK series modules always meet the problems as the same as the questions from your engineers. So it is not because of the quality on our modules bad. The solution is to amend software. In addition, please check followings decode way and hope it can help your engineer to solve the problem.
Regarding to encoder from your company providing is TI's first approach and it was adopted by Holtek. Generally, it has no problem with this code,so please check out the following issues:
The coding part of the show may be your company MUC software decoder will be way too strict specifications, are generally made access code 1BIT HI potential for comparison with the length of time, the first when a BIT if 1 of its HI lever and LO lever 1 ratio of time 1:2, if its data 0 time a 2:1 ratio, decoding, leading out when 1BIT code (for example, the code section IC HT-12E made its first code 1BIT fixed-DATA for 1) MCU software to count the length of time. After the value multiplied by 1.5 as compared with the value of follow-up came after the code is compared to this reference value. CONT greater than the value of the comparison, data to determine 0.If it is less than the value, determine 1.

Question 3:
I use TWS-HS-2 433.92MHz with a RWS-374-6 for a beeper. (www.mrcelectronics.com) and I cant obtain mas of 100m of scope.
I need now how design the circuit for this module. Because I have a problem with a Microcontroler "PIC".
Regards Attentivly.
